is there any estimate on which week of OCTOBER our locals will launch??

LILS are slowly being added on DirecTV online program guide at DirecTV.com

They have filtered in throughout the day. So far only the major 4 networks are showing up, this could however change in the next 24 hrs or so.

While i am not entirely positive, i would think Wednesday. The channels would have to be active on your receiver in order to see the guide data.
