I believe that they said sometime around September.

They had said by the end of August. I'm waiting also. I've called twice because I want them to put up the dual sat dish. Both times I've called they said they couldn't give me that info. I'm positive they know, wish they would tell me. I think they would get more subscribers this month if they did.
