The football game on ESPNU is going VERY long due to weather delays, and is still in the 3rd quarter as the bball game is about to begin. ESPN is saying that viewers in the LA and North Carolina markets will be taken to the game, so how does Directv handle that? Are they prepared to open up an alternate channel on 210 or 211?

They (or ESPN) handle it poorly. I live in NC and the feed didn't switch to the game. Fortunately my ISP has ESPN3 but only for my desktop. Since WatchESPN isn't available to Directv customers, I can't watch it on my iPad.
