You have a grandfathered package so you cannot make changes like that online. You are able to have them you just have to call in. So call in and ask what options are available for you and I'm sure someone will be happy to get them added for you.
Not Eligible for Premiums or Sports Packages
I have the Choice Xtra classic package, and online it says I am not eligible for premiums or sports packages. Why is that? And what can I do to be eligible for them as I have my phone line plugged in and stuff.

Its a grandfathered package. You can make those changes by calling in on the phone.
Just dont change packages, you wont be able to get that one back.

Ok, thanks.
