Note book question

My wife has one of those small note books,she got it from Verizon. Is there an ap she could download to be able to watch any programing from D.

I see threads about the iphones and ipads and was just curious if there was anything for her's.

Closest thing to the iPad app is DIRECTV2PC, but the netbook will not be powerfull enough for it.

It wont run on a netbook. Power is questionable, but more importantly it wont have the right audio/video drivers and most likely wont support them.
