lucky..still waiting for Bangor Maine..uplinked10/25..when did dothan uplink??

It was originally uplinked on 10/25 as well. It showed up again on the 11/22/06 uplink report as activated, but I could not sign up until 11/24 due to "technical difficulties" at Dish network..whatever that is. No NBC though..no one seems to know why.
