Actually, if its all three and nightly, it could be any number of things, but one possibility is that Directv picks up the signals OTA and that they have been working on the broadcasting antennas (assuming they are coming from the Crysler building) and when they do that, they have to be shut off otherwise people would get fried. I saw an interesting Discovery channel program on it once. I think the stations send out a signal from a secondary backup location when that happens, but if Directv isn't in position to capture the signal from that location, then it would make sense...Vinny said:
