I have a HR20-700 and HR21-100 I love them I never had any problems. My only annoyance is on the HR21-100 it reacts slower to button pushes

Actually just make it multiple choice. I'd also add the -100, -200, 700 model #'s to each. /steve

For sure someone is going to say they don't love it nor do they hate it, so there should be a "like it" option in the poll.

I voted hr21 and love it since the majority I have are hr21.
I should clarify I did have an issue with 1 hr20 tuner dying, but there is a chance this may have been tied to a lnb failure. the hr20 was replaced for free, the hr21 sent would not start, the second hr21 sent has worked perfect.
I mention this so people won't think I've never had an issue, I did and it was fixed for free.
right now I have 1 hr20-100 and 2 hr21-100's and all 3 are working great, never had a blank recording.

HR20-700 X 2. They do what they were designed to do, rather well. I think I'll reserve the love for my wife, kids and granddaughters

2 HR21's...Love it's a little strong as it is just a STB after all . Voted that way, but would still like to see faster response overall.

2 HR20-700s and 1 HR21-200. They work bareably most of the time. Lots of playback issues when it is recording, overall slow response especially in the guide, the UI is very basic and needs more shortcuts to common tasks. If they would ever correct the first 2, the third wouldn't be so bad at all.

This poll definitely needed the option to select multiple responses or an option to indicate that you have more than one model HR2x.

I chose the 1st option, "HR20 and Love it!" since that was the 1st HR2x I got, but I now have 4 dvrs, 2 HR20's and 2 HR21's and love them all.

2 HR21'a and 1 HR22 - they all work great and I chose the "Love It" option for the HR21 (though the HR22 option would apply as well )

Same here except I got two HR20-700s. With each software update they get better and require less reboots. I still miss the To Do List and at times the unit is sluggish but overall no real problems to report.

I really like my HD DVRs. I think they do a great job the majority of the time. I do however have some issues. IMO this puts me somewhere between the two poll choices.

I would suggest not a binary choice, but rather grading your HD DVR performance on a 1-5 scale. I would give them a 4 (very good, but not perfect)

I also have multiple DVR's (2-21' and a 22) I have had issues but they were not the recvr. mostly cableing or multiswitches. The recvrs are great.

Have both HR20 and HR21 and love em both

Not enough options: I have both an HR20 (one week shy of 2 years old) and an HR21 (about 14 months old), plus an R22 (about 6 - 7 months old) and they all work great.

I agree.

I have HR20s and an HR21 and have had issues. However, they are working better now than they were a year ago. They take far too much "tending to" for me to say I love them.

If I had to give a letter grade...I'd say C or C+. It's just not reliable enough to get a higher grade.
