On some movie channels it is showing off air on the program guide and not avaliable for purchases when trying to tune to the channel. What does this mean? thanks

E* is doing some encoder maintenance on some channels.

Yeah, I forget which ones but a bunch of stuff was off-air for a while late last night. Some HD and some SD.

I noticed that all of last night's "off-the-air" guide reported channels where on the 110° position bird.

They need to take 327 The Movie Channel offline and fix the line that flashes every two or three seconds.
