I'm a long time DTV customer ( 14 years) and currently have 4 HD Receivers. I have 2 HR 24's which work great but I also have 2 HR 20 I believe.....these are both very slow....

Thinking of calling DTV to see what they will do about replacing them. I have not been keeping up with all the new receivers for the last couple of years. Last time I was paying attention everybody wanted the HR24's

I'm wondering what receiver I should try to get to replace my old ones ? I have Whole Home and record ALOT of prgrramming so the more shows I can record at once on each receiver the better.

Sounds like you need a Genie.

They won't swap out an HR20 for an HR24 just because it's slow and if they send you a replacement, it may be a HR20, 21, 22, or 24. Kind of a crap shoot.

If you upgrade to a Genie DVR, you can record 5 shows at the same time.

Call in, that can be "adjusted"!
