I have a older directv dish with three lnb's (110, 119, and the other I don't know, guessing 99?). I also have an HR20 receiver. I have not used this setup in a few years and was thinking about turning it on and getting the Sunday Ticket this year, will this setup still get the Sunday Ticket like it had in the past? (I know there is newer slimline and 5 lnb's but I have been in Dish Network for the last few years)

Thanks in advance!

That satellite can receive 101, 110, 119. In turn, it cannot receive HD content. However, you can receive Sunday Ticket games in SD. NFLST also requires a base package. You can no longer just buy NFLST by itself.

IMO, with them offering free Sunday ticket for new customers i would just go that route that way you will get updated equipment and wont have to worry about the old stuff failing.

So DIRECTV took all their HD off of these three sats then? What are the new sats they have? Thanks!
No thats actually a 5 LNB dish to cover 5 satellite slots with the main LNB assembly (the one with the single eye) housing three for 99, 101, 103. And the sidecar unit, 110 and 119. And if that dish is still in good shape you may use it again with the HR20 to receive all current HD programming.

But what old_school was saying is that by returning as a new customer DIRECTV will offer you upgrades of all old equipment as well as a possible free ST for one year.
