Any reason I would not be getting 754-756 (specifically the Olympic Soccer and Basketball Channels)?
I bring up the guide and it shows 754-1, 755-1 and 756-1 as NBA and greyed out.
If I go downstairs to the HR20 (actually 2 of them) I see all the correct Olympic Channels. All 3 of these receivers are on the SAME dish so I imagine it can't be a signal issue.
Any ideas?
If I manually push in 754, 755 or 756 I get Unavailable popup and it goes back to current channel (750 - USA).

Try a reboot. Make sure they are not missing from any favorite list you have enabled. Welcome to the HR21.

I did reboot and now they are they...very odd. A Directivo (philips) also did not display those same channels (750-753 were ok)

Unlike the PGA Tour channels, I found that the Olympic channels did not automatically appear in my favorites list. I had to add them manually.

If you go to the favorites screen and switch to channels I get, they should show up in your guide. You can switch back later.

That's because 754 and 755 are MPEG4 HD channels and the Philips can't tune them.

Speaking of the Olympics channels, is there a sure-fire way to get to the interactive “red button” menu? I am never able to use it when tuned to my local (D*-provided) NBC station. I have been able to use it when tuned to some of the other channels, but only when they are currently showing an event. Any ideas?

The interactive stuff is not available on the Local NBC broadcasts. Only on channels 750-756.

It was also available on USA Network as well.

The USA Network that is the 750's is the same that is 242. They are just grouped in the 750's, but they are identical channels (and thus why the interactive works there).
