On network, on demand on account and nothing showing in guide?

Any thoughts? I am networked, it tests out the internet connection fine and on demand is on my account but I am seeing nothing? I looked for an answer here but didnt see one?

Do you not see On Demand in the menu? Do you have channel 1000?

You should see both of them right away but it will take 24 hours for all On Demand programming to load.
