I just contacted DT* and spoke to rep who was very knowledgable.

He was telling the status on the OTA Download. Software x108

12/7 1st release to Los Angles
12/13 2nd release to the Western Part Of Country


he says that they plan to keep their promise on end december, but it will hit the east coast by early Jan at the latest.

Well we will see if this is true, Earl would know more, but I figured I would share my great experince with DT* Customer Service.
