Run the OTA though the 622 that way you can record it on your hard drive. You will also most likly get guide data if you also subscribe to locals though dish.
OTA question
I get just about everything I want with my 622 except ABC in HD. The ABC station tells me that they are transmitting a HD signal OTA that should hit my house if I add an attenna. If I do an OTA set up should I go direct to the TV or go thru my 622? If I go thru the 622 what do I gain?

Have you looked at your results at www.antennaweb.org? You can get a good idea of what you need to get that ABC. I had to put up an OTA to get ABC myself I know how it feels.
You should also check TVFool.com as antennaweb is sometimes a little too conservative in its estimate...
