OTA Signal Strenght Fluctuaion

I have two HD boxes H20 and HR20. On my H20 the OTA signal is rock solid. On my HR20 the signal bounces up and down sometimes from 90% to 0% and back. I am using individual antennas for each box, and they are litteraly inches apart (seperated by a partition wall - Master Bedroom, Living Room). Is there a known issue with the HR20 OTA tuners and signal strength?

I do have different models of antennas on each box, I need to swap them and see if the issue goes away. Any other suggestions? (I can't WAIT for my Local HD's to be LiL's).....

The H20 (particularly the H20-600) is known to have a much better tuner than the HR20, particularly in its performance in a multipath environment. The sort of signal fluctation you see on the HR20 is typical of multipath.
Multipath is a very common problem with indoor antennas. You may find the reception changes when you swap antennas, since each antenna will have its own multipath issues.
