I was told the built in ATSC OTA tuner for local antenna usage is

check for the software version in setup. If it lists 0x10b, you have it. then go into ant setup and follow on screen instructions.
It is avaliable. Check to see what firmware version you are at.
Menu => Help & Settings ==> Set Up ==> Info & Test, press enter
Page down and you will see the Firmware version you are running.
If it is not 0x10b, then hit the Red Button beside the access card hidden by the flip down cover at the right bottom of the HR20.
When the first Blue screen apears, on the remote enter 02468. This will force a firmware update. It should download 0x10b.
