so i was goofing with my receiver (HR21) and i was thinking about the forced download command 02468 and it popped in my head; what, if anything, would 13579 do, so i tried it and it said sw dl failed, reset receiver. does/has that command ever done anything? are there any other nifty commands out there?

You don't want to mess with that code.... it gets you into screen where you can brick you box...

As inkahauts said, I wouldn't mess with that code....

Also, there's no reason to force a software download... Your receiver will automatically download the latest version when it's available...
