some tv's have an adjustment for over scan, check you users manual.

I can see: 4 on the top, 6 on the bottom, and 10 on the l/r. If my set needs adjustment, who do I talk to? I called Samsung and the CSR said that was a broadcaster issue. If so, D* or HDnet?
