I thought that D said they wouldn't activate said OWNED receivers anymore !!! I think that someone said this in another sale and people got burned!!! I think even someone said :BUYER BEWARE: I would consider it if someone could prove I could activate it for sure !!!!

Buying owned receivers is fine. You just have to purchase a new access card. That other thread was mainly about former employees selling equipment.

But...it's also a good idea to make sure anyway.
