I have my DVR connected to my PC with a black magic Intensity Pro with HDMI. The audio plays fine for TV but will not play Pandora. Is their a way to fix this?

Tune to channel 204 before you go into Pandora.

Tune to Headline News? Channel 204 does not change anything same issue.
Ok, then your PC does not have the correct codec loaded to decode Pandora.
I am guessing you are trying to capture the audio? Pandora uses AAC audio, but not sure if its a proprietary format (guessing it is to prevent copying).

I am not trying to copy it. I am just trying to play the music through this app

Well, all I can say, not being familiar with your PC, is that if you plug the HDMI cable into your TV, and it plays, then is must be a codec issue on the PC, or the software you are trying to use to play it.
Pandora's been glitchy on my HR 20-100. It always plays audio over the HDMI cable to the TV, but when I turn on my AVR, connected by an optical digital cable to the HR 20, there's a delay of a few minutes before we get audio over the optical cable. This is quite an unreproducible phenomenon, adding to the perplexity. Nevertheless Pandora was a good addition to the "extras" on the DVR. Now if they could only fix the awful slowness of the HR 20 my wife will stop grouching about the slow poke DVR.
