This message has been showing up recently all the time on MRV with DECA, thought it was just HR24 but HR22 just did it as well on another TV.

The thing is the whole recording is there but you have to exit because the screen is gray and then go push what is now resume in the list again and then it starts to play.

I'm guessing you have a SWiM-16?
What you're seeing [even though you missed one in your post] are the nine SWiM channels, out of each SWiM output. #1 is the guide data channel, with #2-9 being the eight for the tuners.
You can't connect 10 tuners to one SWiM output.
