PAX national feed will ONLY be available as a distant net 12/1/02?

I found this over at tivocommunity - anyone else heard about this?

The PAX national feed will be removed from ALL subs packages & ONLY qualified subs will be able to buy it a la carte. (same white area qualifications as the Big 4 nets) Obviously, if you are gettings locals from D* w/a PAX affil, this shouldn't matter to you...
