personal favorites disappear

You are able to view these channels without a problem? Have you unplugged the Hopper from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds to have the receiver reboot? What software version do you have? S2.09 is being released soon. Please provide me your receiver number in a PM if this continues. Please let me know. Thanks.

It still happens in 209. I reported this the day hopper was first released and at each FW release.

Heck, I was hoping 209 would fix this. One of my Hoppers refuses to keep channels 10, 12, 17 and 29 in my favorites list. It drops one and only one of them daily.

It always seems to be one of the local channels in my case. Then to get them back on the list you have to add at least 2 channels or they just don't add.

New customer here...3 weeks in.

I too have channels that disappear from my favorite lists. Mostly it is a local channel (CW in my case) but I believe I have seen several other cable channels disappear from the list.

I attempt to add them back (I edit my favorite list, "check" the channel and save), but when I go back to my favorite list in the guide it is gone again. I go back and check and the channel is again unselected in my favorite list. Rinse and repeat and get the same problem.

I have noticed that if I add and delete several other channel in the favorite channel edit screen the missing channels seems to take...but ultimately the issue reappears.

This needs to be addressed!!!! The hopper has some bugs and issues but for me this is the most annoying.

Update - I haven't dropped any channels from favorites lists since I got S211.

Issue still occurs with 211. I have 211 on my 2 Hoppers and still have the issue.

Channels disappearing from personal favorites is becoming extremely annoying. It is occurring daily and is driving me crazy!! And it is occurring (to a lesser extent) on my 2nd Hopper as well.

What is the point of personal favorites if the feature doesn't work???

What is the best why of getting this issue in front of Dish to get this issue resolved? I highly doubt a call to customer service will get me very far. I am sure I will be told to reboot my Hooper, blah, blah.
