I have almost no hands on experience with them. Do they use the same voltages as BT-MICMs and if so, are the power plugs pin-compatible, or can the pins in a BT harness be rearranged to make them match?

They should, as long as the power port is a 3 prong.

Two months after the thread, but I have a couple of headends that have PDI & Drake mini-mods. Holland has the same pin and is the same voltage as well.

All mini mods are pretty much standard.
