I apologize if this has been posted before. I did a search and didn't see this specific problem.
I have had the HR20 for a month, mostly glitch-free. Yesterday, watching live TV, the picture froze but the sound was fine and keeping up with live tv. All remote commands responded. When I changed the channel, it was fine for a few seconds, then picture freeze. Any channel, SD, HD Mpeg-2, Mpeg-4, all the same behaviour. Hitting the list buttom would un-freeze it, but after exit, screen froze again after a few seconds. At the time, an MPEG-4 program was recording on the other tuner. I did a reset but had to leave for work, so I don't know if that fixed it. Anyone else see this?
