I will ask this another way, I checked all connections between dish and multiswitch and rebooted all receivers. I can get 552/556 but it is occasional pixelation and channel 103 (3D) is the same pixelation coming in and out.

I don't know whether a call out from D* is warranted or if I need a new receiver, multiswitch or LNB? Receiver is new from Solid Signal HR 24-500

Please post back with your signal readings for each satellite's transponders (and both tuners if applicable). You'll find these readings under "Menu" -> "Setup" -> "System Setup" -> Satellite -> "View Signal Strength". Note the "+" and "-" symbols next to the "Satellite" and "Tuner" entries where you can toggle the readings between the various satellites and both DVR tuners.

Fill in your readings for each satellite and tuner using these examples. A properly aligned dish will show 80-90s on most of the relevant transponders (although some will be low or zero):

You've got some issues, especially with the 103º(ca) satellite readings. Note that the even-numbered transponder readings are very low or zero. Also, your other HD satellite readings are too low. They should be mostly up in the high 80-90s.

This could be an alignment problem, defective LNB, or something else. Best to call DirecTV and request a service visit. It's free if you have their Equipment Protection Plan, or within 90-days of installation. Otherwise ~$50.
