You sure it is only on FXHD. What are your signal levels. Especially 103c and 99c.
Pixellation and Other FXHD Issues
I don't know what is going on with FXHD. First, their season premier of "The Shield" was pixellated and switched from HD to non-HD during the program. Next was "Raise the Bar" and the same thing. Then on Wed, the "Sons of Anarchy" had frequent episodes of pixellation too.

I also had this problem during X-Men on FX last night. Been popping up on other channels but didn't write them down. Signal levels are in the 90's on both 103 and 99 Sats.
FXHD for the Shield was letterbox and grainy as hell on Tuesday night. I haven't watched Raise the Bar yet but now I know what to expect.
