If it had all the previous settings, I doubt it went through any type of refurb process! Polly just a hand-me-down. Nevertheless, hope your new box keeps up the good work!

well, just installed my 4th hr20, and the actual picture quality is the best I have had out of all 4 of them, no pixelating
hopefully it will stay like this. It is my 2nd refurbished unit, the other 2 were new. My last refurbished unit still had the previous owners locals and recordings, this one was whiped clean, this is what I have been waiting for, hopefully it will continue to run smooth
