This package is $72.99 a month right? Also does the price include the HD fee and the DVR fee? The D* website is not really that helpful when looking at prices of the main packages. Also there are no locals in my area so will they take off a few bucks for that to or is it the same price?

I have read, and been told, that they will knock off $5/month or so with no locals.

I am currently paying $60.98 per month. I get $8 off for the winback promotion and $10 off for programming credit or what they decided to give me for the one year period. But I have been with them for about 3 months now.
