Does anyone know if MLB-EI will be broadcasting the "Extra" games, if needed, including the probable makeup game on Monday between Det-ChiSox? Since any tiebreaker game is considered regular season, it would make sense if they were shown...of course the televising of MLB games RARELY makes sense.

Tiebreaker is considered a regular season game. I know that the White Sox-Tigers game is supposed to be on WGN starting at 205 (Eastern) on Monday, according to MLB.com.

the White Sox-Tigers will be on WGN at 1:05 local as jtcrusader stated above. If a tiebreaker is necessary, it'll be broadcast on TBS on Tuesday, time TBA.

TBS has the rights to any tie-breaker game. so if the Twins play at Chicago on Tuesday it will be on TBS.

I guess this is the first time ESPN is showing a tie-maker game after the unofficial end of the season.

But wait.....there's more! The White Sox-Tigers makeup game is on ESPN2 tomorrow at 2pm (no word on announcers yet). If the White Sox win, the one game Playoff between the Sox and Twins will be Tuesday on TBS with Dick Stockton, Ron Darling and Harold Reynolds on the call. And lastly the two other games on Thursday following Game One of the AL Central Winner and the Rays will be Brewers-Phils at 6:30pm and Dodgers-Cubs at 9:30pm.
