PPV Ordering Help

I have a HR-24 connected to a Whole Home system. The HD-DVR shows that I am connected to the Internet. I can download a movie but when I go to watch it, it tells me I have to text DirecTV to order or call in because I am not connected to the Internet. I am connected though. Any ideas?

I'd try to start it anyway when you're ready to watch, and if no soap, call in.
Most likely your account is setup to not allow impulse purchases, or whatever they call it, or it has a really low limit on the amount on money can be charged to PPV on your account over a certain period of time. That means you can't pay for PPV without calling in and talking to someone. If you call DirecTV and explain the situation they should be able to get it fixed.
