*PREMIER package for $99.99??????

I recently upgraded to Premium from PLUS HD DVR. I noticed on D*'s site it shows -
*You will automatically be upgraded to the PREMIER package for $99.99/month if you select all five premium services.

Is anyone who has the Premium actually paying $99? Is the $104.99 include the $5.99 Protection? It can't be the $5.99 DVR charge.
I just want to make sure when the smoke clears I'm paying what I should be.

i upgraded to the premium this month and it was 104.99 does not even include the dvr fee, which is 5.99 extra, plus if you want the hd access its 9.99 more, then if you go to try and change it back online, it wont allow you until after 30 days is up.

It's $104.99 here too. I am grandfatherd so my DVR fee is still included.
I'm not sure what page you're looking at, but it sounds like you are seeing a footnote that hasn't been updated. The intent of that note is to tell you that if you have Choice Extra, then add all the premiums, you will be changed to Premier, since Premier is simply Choice Extra with all the premiums included. That note can be found at sites like here, but notice that all their package prices are a few dollars low. It's either old pricing, or introductory pricing.
Well no big deal, just that I can't figure what the $99 is, when I see $104.99 plus the DVR fee - $5.99. The only other $5.99 fee is the protection plan. I guess I'm more curious than anything. I started out building the package and came to the premiums, saw the asterisk, but could not get that $99 to show on the price no matter what.

Well, that crossed my mind, but I assumed they would be up to date on stuff. Thanks.

Same here so I don't plan on changing my package anytime soon.

You can add me to this list.
When you upgraded from the DVR/HD package you LOST both the HD and DVR included in the package. It is not in the Premiere. The 104.99 is for the 99 package plus the 5.99 access fee for the first receiver (not part of the package).

Then you'll see a $9.99 HD Fee and a $4.99 DVR fee over and above that. When I downgraded to HD/DVR Plus, since I didn't watch the movie channels, I saved $45 per month (plus taxes) since those two fees above were included in the package price.
Marty, the $5.99 access fee is what was throwing me. Thank you for the reply. I'll probably hang with this package thru summer (the wife and kids are off) then kick back to PLUS HD DVR with one or two Premiums and the sports pack. Save a few bucks anyhow.
