I've been looking at my signal strength and assume that my dish is pointed properly. But there are a few transpoders that are in the 50's, a couple of transponders where I see zero signal strength, and one satellite (99b?) where I get mostly zeros.

Again, I'm assuming all is still well, I can't find any reference to tell me what I should be seeing. Can anyone explain or point me to existing reference? Thanks!

The 99-deg and 103-deg satellites are the new Ka-band satellites and they only have "spot beam" transponders. These "spot beams" only aim at certain areas of the country, so it's quite normal to see 0 or low readings on many of those transponders. If you're receiving your local HDTV MPEG4 channels fine, then those signal readings are fine.
