prioritizing recordings

I have 35 series set up for recording... When I go to prioritize in the menu it will show 35 series but when you start scrolling through the recordings it will show 1 2 and then 3 will be shown 8 times then goes to 4 and then number 5 will be shown eight more times...when i get duplicated numbers they are all showing different series... If i delete just one series from the priority list then the entire list will be renumbered correctly 1 through 34... i will then leave the prioritize list and upon immediate return the list is out of numerical order again showing numerous 3's and 5's on the list.... Just curious if anyone is having this issue and if there is a fix....thanks

There were similar issues reported in this thread and this one as well. Doesn't appear that a Menu restart or RBR will necessarily fix this. Also, as you'll see from the thread, some speculate that using web scheduling may be a possible cause of the problem. Have you ever used that feature? /steve
Thanks for the reply... I tried a search and was not able to find info on this problem...I assume this is a bug that directv is aware of since you said it has been brought up before... I use the web scheduling once back in feb 06 to record the nascar twin 125... that was the only time...
I've been having the same exact problem and the problems all started when I used the web to schedule a new series. I've tired reboots and unplugging the unit for a couple of hours...nothing seems to fix it.
