Hi, thanks for the almost instant replies from you and Coffey77. I asume I do that by pressing the button on the front of the unit.Earl Bonovich said:It has happened to a lot of people.

Ah, even better. I must say that I am happy I did the whole re-format thing - aside from losing eveything... It seems that everything's running a bit smoother and faster after it. Maybe wishful thinking - kinda like a sugar pill/placebo...Earl Bonovich said:Yes, just hit the button on the front.
And no, you won't lose any programs that you have....
THAT RECORDED CORRECTLY....
Those that are instantly comming up with Keep/Delete messages, are corrupted, and those will disappear when you reboot.
I do not think that is necessarily true. Others and myself have been able to play recordings that have this unplayable bug. In my situation I just kept trying to play them in the worst case situation it took 4 attempts. I only had this happen twice. There may be a situation where this happens and it did not record correctly but I never had experienced that situation with the same exact symptoms you outline. I guess if you try to play it 8 to 12 times and it just wont go then I would likely give up and just delete it or reboot. I never rebooted because of this issue but I only had it happen twice.Earl Bonovich said:Yes, just hit the button on the front.
