I've had my HR20 for a few days, but haven't really gotten to watch it because I've been trying to set get my 2x500 WD drives in the Thecus enclosure up and running. The HR20 seems to be able to format the drive, but any type of reset or powering up gets stuck on the "Step 1 of 2--This may take a few minutes page". I've scoured the complete eSATA thread so I know this enclosure works for others. I also found the thread documenting how others have gotten stuck on the same page--but most of those seem to be because of the HDMI or ethernet connection.

The HR20 can power up without the enclosure attached, so I'm not sure if the problem is with the HR20 or the enclosure/drives. Do I wait for a new firmware release? Ask for a new HR20?

Any help would be appreciated.
