Problem With NFL Superfan Channels

Anyone else having a problem getting all of the HD versions of the football games? It appears for the 2nd time this season they're having problems with their system, and for a package that costs a TON of money, this sucks.

We're having problems on "NFL Game Mix" WE are not able to acess the games from this. We are in the Denver area.
I spoke to a CSR who re-sent the signal and now it's working. I have to say though, this is the 2nd time this season this has happened. Not a good thing.
There was 2 channels in the gamemix during the pregame that went unavailable for just a little bit but not long.

The Miami/SD game was having issues & was out...it's back, too.

Everything is working OK now.
Have not had a single problem yet. All games in HD just fine as well as Game Mix HD and Red Zone HD.

Go Bears!
No problems here either. Go COLTS!!!!!!!
I am getting errors to. Messages on the game channels says something about the sun's interference. This is ridiculous. I just may call and complain.
I had that "sun" error, too, but only on one channel, but it's back now. Everything for me is fine, tho, including GameMix HD.
I had the sun error on the Colts game in HD for about 5 minutes or less.
I started to watch the HD Charger game and it was black. Fast forward for a half-hour and still nothing. I tuned to the game and it was ok. Went back to recording and had to fast-forward to one hour and 34 minutes to find recorded content.

This at least the 2nd time this year, opening weekend was a real cluster#$$*. They advertise big time, "watch your team" and this was the game I wanted to watch and they screwed it up.

I will be calling to complain tomorrow morning. I didn't know I was signing up for a game of craps on whether I'd get to watch my game.

Tap your brakes, Copernicus. This is a real phenomena that occurs briefly at most a couple of times of year. But if you think a phone call to a CSR will help, go right ahead.:)
No problems this year with either the games or superfan features.

Very true. AVS Forum reported a few sun outages today due to sun flairs. It has afflicted DirecTV and Dish since they started. I haven't noticed any problems myself but then I flip around a lot.
I had a few glitches here and there on the STHD channels, I suspect it was due sunspots as well.
During the 1:00 games, all Superfan HD content went out for us. It took an RBR to get it back.
I had zero problems today, watched mostly the Colts game, I guess the sun warning could've been on when I was watching a different one.

I watched the Colts game to in HD and the error about the sun came up for about 5 minutes. I watched it in SD while it was on the screen and then went back to the game in HD.
