I am using 2 h20 receivers in the same area -so Directtv sent 2 rc32rf remotes to use instead of the ir remotes that came with the h20 receivers. I can only program one of the remotes(out of the 2 sent) with either of the 2 receivers. I assumed that I had one bad remote-so they sent a new rc32rf remote and I have the same problem-I can only program the one working original remote with either of the h20"s.Seems impossible that I would get 2 bad remotes---any ideas.
Help would be appreciated.

By the way-I havetried resetting both defective remotes to the default setting before retrying to program either one of the h20 receivers.
