for the past 2 months on Directv's website it wont let me change or upgrade programming on it, everything I will have have to call in, I will get the error messege online when I try to add or ugrade programming. Sorry a system error has occured please call cusomer serice. I have told a Phone rep this and she said it should work, so not sure not whats going on.
