Anyone having problems with the Cleveland locals tonight? Audio drop outs, pixilation, freeze up, signal washing in and out.

Closed captioning has been missing 24 hrs a day for some time on WUAB Chan 43. I think, but am not sure that this is a violation of FFC rules.
