problems with DVR Scheduler

I tried to use the online scheduler DVR Scheduler to record CSPAN channel 350 (seriously, I knew someone that was going to be on) and could not do it because I received the following message: "Your request to record that channel could not be completed because it is not part of your subscription package. Please visit directv.com for more information."

Well, I certainly have that channel and can view it easily. This has happened to me before when I tried to record channel 641 (back when it was Fox Sports Net) even though I have that channel too.

It has worked normally at times, however. Any ideas?

I would think anytime you have a problem with The DVR scheduler it would be a good idea to call DirecTV tech support and make them aware of this problem.;)
