Problems with recordings

I have several shows set to record all episodes, and it is set up that way in the Prioritizer. When I look in my Manage Recordings list these shows are not there and when I go to the actual day of the show there is no RR on the show listing. If I push the R button on the remote then the RR shows up. Any ideas of what is going on here?

You can't record all episodes using a series link - there are three classes of episode, first run, repeats and duplicates.
A duplicate is an episode that is already on the disk, or has recently been deleted (is in history). To record a duplicate, you have to set it up manually as a single episode.
Same here. I hit he RR on " Fringe" the other day and nothing! Now I see the same thing for "Sons of Anarchy" It shows in the prioritizer, but not in the Guide as a RR or for that matter in the To Do List. Reset and nothing, its been over 24 hours.

 Problem didn't go away after several resets and days of "wait and see", so ended up calling D* for the fourth time, they x-fered over to TECH and he recommeded a re-format of the DVR after seeing I had already done a "Red button fix". The re-format seems to have worked, then again, a re-format is basically setting the DVR to its' "out of the box" status, so it require you to reset EVERYTRHING, not alot of fun! It literally wipes the slate(hard drive of the DVR) clean. including Fav list, settings, recordings.....EVERYTHING.
Even, hopefully, the glitch that caused the problem! The TECH did say that "they" have noticed the problem with the HDVR's and "they are adressing this issue in with the next release". Will see!!!!!!!!!
