
Problem didn't go away after several resets and days of "wait and see", so ended up calling D* for the fourth time, they x-fered over to TECH and he recommeded a re-format of the DVR after seeing I had already done a "Red button fix". The re-format seems to have worked, then again, a re-format is basically setting the DVR to its' "out of the box" status, so it require you to reset EVERYTRHING, not alot of fun! It literally wipes the slate(hard drive of the DVR) clean.

including Fav list, settings, recordings.....EVERYTHING.
Even, hopefully, the glitch that caused the problem! The TECH did say that "they" have noticed the problem with the HDVR's and "they are adressing this issue in with the next release". Will see!!!!!!!!!
