I got my third box one week ago and had to cadd D to send someone out because I was having the same problem with no signal on tuner 1 for the 101 Sat and pixilation (sporadic) on the 110 sat. Yesterday they sent out the same guy who installed it and he was stumped. After one hour of fiddling with meters, he said it was the box and left. Before he came, I could at least get something. It took me several tries but I was able to boot the box and got great signals on 101 and 110. The I tried to record and it would not record anything. I reset it three more times and finally got my VOD and tried to watch - the picture froze and I had to reboot again. This time, I only tried to watch TV (MPEG 4) and the picture froze again after 2-3 minues. I called D and complained as usual because this was the 6th service call and the third box.
Anyway, I did install the old HR20 (I did not return it yet) and it seems to be working for now while I await the 4th box.
I have been a customer for 12 years and have always installed my own equipment and I have rarely had a problem. Now, since the professtional installation in July, I have nothgin but problems and they do not seem to be able to fix them.
I have a H20 in the bedroom and have no problems with that unit.
