Bizarre. My HR23 that I've had for 2 years all of a sudden is not getting guide info beyond tomorrow. Big issue is all my planned recordings are not scheduled, I usually have 20 shows to be recorded, not I only have 2 -- both on USA Network.

My R15 box is working fine, I have a normal programming guide.

Anyone else experiencing anything like this? Any ideas on what to do?

It either has rebooted recently or it needs another.
Worst case is to do a double reboot in less than 30 mins, to dump the whole guide and start over.

Do you mean the To Do list? The Series Manager could show up fine, but if the Guide is borked, that could have a very bad effect on recordings.

I'd do a double reset (as VOS indicated) as my first step, in that you won't know if a single restart will do it for an hour or two.

No, I meant the Series Manager.
I assumed he looked at the To Do List and didn't see anything listed.
The Series Manager would show whether the series are still set to record, but can't for some reason.

Another factor: As you get more familiar with the workings of your DVRs, there's less and less need to go into a setting/menu to manage anything.

A lot of us want easy access to both, but for the general user, the list does need to be a single button. That's used much more than manage recordings.

Oops that's To Do List. My bad. Maybe not such a good idea.

Maybe change the Active button. Until they make that stuff HD it is virtually useless.

Wonder why it was taken away on the live TV viewing. It just duplicates the Info key right now. They should never have taken that away.

Yeah, there have been a lot of passionate viewpoints on various aspects around those colored buttons.

One of the few things the fios dvr does well. List takes you to the list but one arrow up takes you to series manager. Down takes you to to do list. Right button lets you select recordings. All very quick.
