Programs from Multiple Satellites

Here in the Detroit DMA our HD Locals are delivered primarily from the 118.7 location. The SD locals come from 110. Recently the HD locals and MPEG4 versions of some of SD channels have begun being mirrored on 61.5.

Does the ViP622 have the ability to switch from one satellite to another to recieve a channel if one of the satellites is obscured.

For instance if a storm interfers with 118.7, should I be able to view a channel (such as 6459, 6460, 6461, 6462) if the 61.5 is not being obsured.
