Programs not available in your area

I recently had the HR20 installed and yesterday on 2 different channels I got the message saying "program not available in your area". The first time it happened I was watching a show on channel 620 FSN. Just before the next show starts, the screen goes blank and I get that message. Then, last night on NBC HD, the screen goes blank just before The Office starts, and I get that same message. Is there any fix for this, or was it just a fluke that this happened.

That message is a blackout message. On 620 it sounds like it was a blackout. Unless 620 is your local RSN then any professional and most college programming will be blacked out.

As far as NBC HD that shouldn't have happened it was probably from them implementing the blackouts on other things but that would be a guess.
