proper way to align 5lnb?

hi :), first off i have aligned my 5lnb back 6-7 months ago and now can't find the instructions anymore, my signal levels are ok but i'd like to try a re-alignment to improve them, what is the proper way, do i first find the 101 sat (rough)and get the best possible signal i can then tilt the dish to get best possible 119 sat signal level (rough), then fine tune those sats to see if they can be improved even more with the fine tuning adjustments, also after i locate and tune in the 101 does the tilting to find 119 affect the signal level i already have on 101, as you can tell i'm just not quite sure, any quick tips to get me started will be helpful, thank you :)

ps: are the fine tuning adjustments screws to be used while viewing the 99 and 103 sats to improve their levels or do you just use while viewing the 101 and 119?
