Protection Plan Premier

I have been having a great deal of trouble having the PPP replace a battery for my lap top. They say it has been approved but evidently they are having a system wide problem (so they say) in ordering it. It has taken over two weeks and still no resolution. Numerous supervisors have called saying they are working on it but still no resolution. Is anyone else having this problem?

The laptop is about 6 years old. The batteries are still being sold. DTV said they were having some type of problem establishing their computer ordering system to the proper division of Nexicore. They have called me several times but so far it is over two weeks since I filed my first request. The normal PPP agent doesn't know very much about it and now I am told all battery requests are being handled by supervisors. Perhaps it is just growing pains since the service is fairly new.
