Yes!! The first launch of the redesigned Breeze M (failed on AMC 14). Inmarsat has scheduled their Proton Breeze M launch for August 14. Looks like Ciel 2 will be back on track for winter launch (if nothing goes wrong).

I believe there are three or four other satellites in the queue before Ciel-2 but schedules can change and satellites can be shifted to other launch vehicles. One satellite that appears to be in front of Ciel-2 is the Nimiq 4 satellite of TeleSat, a DBS satellite going to 82 W. Curious what TeleSat will do with the satellite already there. Could it be moved to 72.7 W?
It seems Inmarsat-4 F3 was scheduled for June originally, so this is probably around a 2 month delay. Nimiq 4 and Astra 1M are also ILS launches before Ciel-2. Some websites still list CMB-Star 1 aka Echostar 13, but I don't know if that has been officially canned. I guess we are looking at 2009Q1. There also seem to be several Russian Proton launches. Hopefully all goes well with all the launches as a problem with any of them mean more delay. I don't know how much gas E5 has left.
